WILD THINGS 

Taught by Catherine Aselford

Students will explore basic acting techniques through Maurice Sendak’s Where the Wild Things Are.    Classes will be held at Best Medicine Rep. For grade levels K - 2.

Day:       Saturdays

Time:    10 – 10:45 am

NOTE:  No class on February 17 for Presidents Day. 

 

INTRODUCTION TO CLOWNING 

Taught by Matthew Pauli

Students will gain confidence and presence through the basic techniques of clowning.  Classes are held at Best Medicine Rep.  5 weeks. For grade levels 3 - 5.

INTRODUCTION TO IMPROVISATION FOR TEENS 

Taught by Misty Demory

Teens will gain confidence and learn how to work together during this fun filled 6 week class. Improvisational games lead to a final performance on the last day of class. Come play!  Classes are held at Best Medicine Rep.  6 weeks.  For grade levels 6 - 12.

Time:      4 - 5 pm

 

PLAYWRITING FOR BEGINNERS 

Taught by John Morogiello

The play's the thing in this 8 week exploration of character, conflict, dramatic action, and comedy.  Students will collaboratively write a play, rehearse it, and perform it on the final day.  8 weeks.  For grade levels 5 - 8.

Time:      4 - 5 pm

 

INTRODUCTION TO ACTING FOR ACTIVE ADULTS 

Taught by Pamela Bilik

Become the star you’ve always wanted to be!  Learn the basics of performance through vocal and physical acting exercises, improvisation, and scene work.  Classes are held at Best Medicine Rep.  6 weeks.  For ages 50 and up.

Day:       Mondays

Time:      4 - 5 pm

NOTE:  No class February 19 for Presidents Day.
